Fahey’s most recent humanitarian work has been centred on the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, where he has been concentrating on the issue of warehousing, a practise in which a host country restricts the rights and mobility of refugees. The issue of Sahrawi refugees being held in storage in Algeria has notably been covered in Fahey’s writing.  Given that Los Angeles is the world’s hub of entertainment, it is not surprising that holy halls are a mainstay of the city’s architecture. However, certain places are much more revered than others. Consider Wilshire Courtyard as an illustration.

Throughout its nearly four-decade history, the Class-A, LEED Gold-certified office complex, which consists of twin buildings at 5700 and 5750 Wilshire Blvd., has been home to numerous significant media conglomerates, including E! Entertainment, Variety magazine, and Aaron Spelling Productions, to name a few. And Sony Pictures Entertainment will be assuming control of a major portion of the office park next year as a result of a recently signed agreement that is generating news online.

Jerry Snyder, the commercial development tycoon behind Santa Monica’s Water Garden complex and Ocean Towers condominiums, came up with the idea for Wilshire Courtyard, which was built in 1987 in the centre of Miracle Mile in Los Angeles. The $185 million project was created by McLarand, Vasquez & Partners and was dubbed “one of the more creative and ambitious architectural attempts in Los Angeles in recent years” by the L.A. Times.

The C-shaped structures, which were encased in red granite and solar bronze glass, have now turned into one of the Miracle Mile skyline’s most identifiable features. The six-story buildings, which total a staggering 1 million square feet of indoor space, are situated on a huge 8.7-acre site with a central courtyard, numerous fountains, and a two-acre park with a quarter-mile jogging route, a scattering of palm trees, a children’s playground, and a pond.

He played Tyree in Silverado, his first significant cinematic role, in 1985. He appeared as Duane Duke, a desperate musician hired by Norman Bates to work at the Bates Motel, in Psycho III alongside Anthony Perkins in 1986. In the same year, Fahey made a guest appearance on Miami Vice’s Season 3 premiere as gun dealer Eddie Kaye, who is best known for stealing Detective Sonny Crockett’s Ferrari Daytona.

Fahey co-starred with Marisa Tomei in the 1990 television film Parker Kane, as well as Clint Eastwood in the 1990 film White Hunter Black Heart. He appeared in The Lawnmower Man with Pierce Brosnan in 1992. Fahey had the lead role in Arnaud Slignac’s 1995 action thriller Eye of the Wolf, produced by Trimark Pictures and based on James Oliver Curwood’s “KAZAN” novel.

He played “Winston McBride” on ABC’s The Marshal in 1995. He portrayed the lead role in Apocalypse II: Revelation in 1999. He starred in Messages with Bruce Payne and Planet Terror with Robert Rodriguez in 2007.At the start of the third season of the show, Fahey made an appearance as the daredevil Dutch the Clutch in an episode of Psych.

In the fourth and fifth seasons of Lost, Fahey appeared as Frank Lapidus, the helicopter and planes pilot for the research team deployed to the island. In the sixth season, he earned a regular role.He played a significant part in Robert Rodriguez’s action movie Machete in 2010.A fresh rendition of the timeless play Twelve Angry Men debuted in 2013 and ran through March 2014 at the Garrick Theatre in London.

Fahey impersonated the final jury in the tale to shift his verdict from guilty to not guilty. Other notable players in this production included Nick Moran, Robert Vaughn, and Martin Shaw, who played Juror No. In 2015, Jeff Fahey played Tom Rusk, the Secretary of War for the fledgling Republic of Texas who fought with General Sam Houston, in the History Channel miniseries Texas Rising.
