Tammy Blanchard is a well-known American actress who was born on December 14, 1976. She became well-known for her performance as a young Judy Garland in the highly acclaimed television film Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows, for which she was nominated for both the Golden Globe Award and the Primetime Emmy Award.
