Orville Richard Burrell CD, better known by his stage name Shaggy, is a Jamaican reggae rapper, singer, and songwriter who has achieved success with the songs “It Wasn’t Me,” “Boombastic,” “In The Summertime,” “Oh Carolina,” and “Angel.” Burrell CD was born on October 22, 1968, and is better known by his stage name Shaggy.
