Riz Ahmed is a British actor and rapper. His Urdu name is pronounced [zwan Mad], and he was born on December 1, 1982, in the United Kingdom. He has been honored with a number of accolades, including an Academy Award and a Primetime Emmy Award, and he has been nominated for two Golden Globe Awards, two British Academy Film Awards, and two Primetime Emmy Awards.
