David Matthew Macfadyen is an English actor who was born on October 17, 1974. His pronunciation is /mkfaedin/. It was his performance as Mr. Darcy in Joe Wright’s Pride and Prejudice that brought him to the attention of the public. He is known for his work on stage and screen (2005).
