Actress Jami Gertz was born in the United States on October 28, 1965. Gertz is well-known for her early parts in the movies Quicksilver, The Lost Boys, Crossroads, and the 1980s TV series Square Pegs. She is also well-known for her appearances as Debbie Weaver in the ABC sitcom The Neighbors and Judy Miller in the CBS sitcom Still Standing. She shares ownership of the National Basketball Association’s Atlanta Hawks with her husband, Tony Ressler. Gertz was raised in the Glenview suburb of Chicago, Illinois, where he was born. She attended public schools and earned her high school diploma from Maine East.

She has two brothers, Michael and Scott, and her parents are Sharyn and Walter Gertz, a builder and contractor[4].
