Who is Fatima Ptacek?

Fátima Ptacek, an American actress, model, and human rights activist who supports UN Women’s #HeForShe campaign for gender equality, was born on August 20, 2000. Her most notable acting roles were Curfew, which won an Academy Award, and its 2014 full-length sequel Before I Disappear. Since 2012 and since 2014, she has provided her voice for the title character “Dora” in the animated television series Dora the Explorer on Nickelodeon.
